Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Conduct Curb, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing client ABA programs, developing and implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans, and supervising and training assigned Program Coordinators and Behavior Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and monitor client caseloads, ensuring timely and effective implementation of ABA programs.
  • Develop and implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Supervise and train assigned Program Coordinators and Behavior Technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality services.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including data collection and analysis.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and research in the field of ABA.
Requirements:
  • Credentialed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral Level (BCBA-D).
  • Minimum of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Mental Health, Special Education, or related field.
  • Experience and expertise in working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Trained in safe physical management techniques (or able to attend and participate in safe physical management technique trainings).
