We are currently in search of two proactive and motivated Community Compliance Officers to assist with our community management efforts.

A Community Compliance Officer plays a crucial role in fostering long-term customer satisfaction within the framework of Community Association relationships. Responsibilities may vary based on assigned communities and could include, but are not limited to: conducting property inspections for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues while accurately documenting findings.

Work Schedule:
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Service Areas:
  • The two positions will be divided to cover the following geographic regions:
    • As far North as Hudson
    • As far West as Lakeland
    • As far South as Venice
    • As far East as the beaches (Madeira, Treasure Island, etc.)
Compensation:
  • Hourly position with a competitive rate based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Notify responsible parties of code violations through written communication, phone calls, in-person meetings, and electronic means.
  • Investigate and respond to allegations of code violations to assess the validity of complaints and determine the appropriate actions to resolve issues.
  • Enforce property codes within designated boundaries.
  • Schedule and conduct systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • Valid FL Driver's License with a clean driving record; candidates must pass a background check including driving history.
  • Reliable vehicle with mileage reimbursement included.
  • Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Understanding of general maintenance requirements, including documentation, safety, required reporting, and regulations.
  • Proficient use of technology, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and software systems.
  • Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety regulations.
  • Awareness of state or local governmental safety requirements.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural plans and drawings at a proficient level.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution techniques.
  • Strong professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal).
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
