The Director of Bank Facilities and Equipment is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, care, and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities across the Bryant Bank footprint.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and recommend outsourced property management services to maintain the appearance, legal compliance, and working conditions of bank facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofs, fire suppression systems, generators, signage, lawn maintenance, shredding, cleaning, janitorial, grounds, and parking lot maintenance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for branch managers, department heads, and market leaders for facilities and property questions.
- Manage the status and expiration of all leases pertaining to bank properties.
- Track and monitor tenant leases for bank properties, where applicable.
- Participate in long-range planning to support future needs and growth, and assist with aspects of bank renovation and new construction projects.
- Assess and provide recommendations regarding facilities access management systems, and manage inventories of physical keys, where appropriate.
- Maintain working relationships with vendors and entities involved in providing and servicing critical bank equipment, including security equipment, cameras, safe deposit boxes, ATMs, cash discriminators, TCRs, and copiers.
- Some travel required to visit all branches throughout Alabama to ensure all Bryant Bank facilities and equipment are operational.
- At least five years' experience managing multiple facility locations, preferably in a customer-facing retail space. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate in written and oral format with internal and external constituents.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Working knowledge of relevant regulations and laws.
