The Waterproofing Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of waterproofing projects while providing support to team members. Candidate Requirements:

A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in waterproofing, with prior supervisory or leadership experience being essential.

Responsibilities include waterproofing tasks both above and below grade, including the application of air/vapor barriers, joint sealants, and caulking.

Experience with hot applied systems and traffic coatings is necessary.

Ability to lift materials or objects weighing over 60 pounds.

Support for other skilled tradespeople (such as caulking and waterproofing) in their tasks.

At least 4 years of experience in commercial waterproofing or 3-5 years in residential waterproofing.
