Qualifications We Seek:

A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in waterproofing along with supervisory or leadership experience is essential.

Responsibilities include executing waterproofing tasks both above and below grade, which encompasses air/vapor barriers, joint sealants, and caulking.

Experience with hot applied systems and traffic coatings is required.

Ability to lift materials or objects weighing over 60 pounds.

Collaboration with other skilled tradespeople (such as caulking and waterproofing specialists) to ensure quality work.

A background of 4 years in commercial waterproofing or 3-5 years in residential waterproofing is necessary.
