Job Summary

Masonic Village at Elizabethtown is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of foods, including soups, sauces, and gravies, to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment in the kitchen, adhering to food services regulations and sanitation practices.
  • Use standardized recipes and production sheets to ensure consistency and accuracy in food preparation.
  • Document temperatures, amounts prepared, and leftover food to support inventory management and ordering.
Requirements
  • Two years of related experience required.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow standardized recipes and production sheets.
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and food services regulations preferred.
  • Good written, oral, organizational, and basic computer skills.
  • Associates degree or certificate in culinary arts issued by an accredited culinary school preferred.
