As a Caregiver Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and reach their full potential.

About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a high level of dedication and compassion. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and develop personalized care plans. You will also be responsible for providing emotional support, instruction, and companionship to clients, as well as assisting them with daily tasks such as meal preparation, household chores, and personal care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide emotional support and instruction to clients to help them live independently.
  • Assist clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation, household chores, and personal care.
  • Transport clients to appointments and engage in recreational activities with prior approval.

RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in caregiving or a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. We also require a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Additionally, you must be able to pass a background check and possess a positive attitude towards building self-esteem in clients.

BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
