Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution General Foreman to join our team at Primoris Power Delivery. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical transmission and distribution lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical transmission and distribution line crews
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections of transmission and distribution lines to identify potential issues
  • Develop and implement plans to address maintenance and repair needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members
Requirements
  • Lineman certification or completion of lineman school
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
  • Class A CDL with endorsements (highly preferred)
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Physical dexterity to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other physical tasks
  • Ability to travel on short-term basis
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
