As a Dialysis Clinic Team Lead, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:

  1. We are seeking a skilled nurse to join our dialysis clinic team as a Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nephrology nursing and excellent leadership skills.
  2. The Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of hemodialysis patients.
  3. The Team Lead will also be responsible for performing ongoing analysis of patient data with each patient visit and documenting in the patient medical record.
  4. In addition, the Team Lead will adjust or modify the treatment plan as indicated and notify the supervisor as needed.
  5. The Team Lead will provide initial and ongoing education to patients and families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current appropriate state licensure.
  • Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
  • Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which he or she is employed.
