**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Lead to join our team at Wellstar Health System, Inc. As a Diagnostic Imaging Lead, you will be responsible for leading the CT department and ensuring that patients receive high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the CT department and ensure that patients receive high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and patient throughput.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
- Mentor and train new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Current ARRT registration in Radiography and Computed Tomography.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
