Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify, engage, and establish partnerships with pharmaceutical companies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree (MBA, Ph.D.) is preferred.
- More than 10 years of experience in scientific research and/or business development within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Established network within the pharmaceutical industry, with a demonstrable track record of leveraging existing relationships for successful partnerships.
- In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical deal landscape, including licensing agreements, collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific and business concepts effectively.
- Proven ability to think strategically and identify opportunities that align with the company's mission and objectives.
