Job Summary

As a Software Development Engineer in our TimeHub Scheduling Compliance team, you will play a critical role in designing and developing cutting-edge technology to manage employee time expectations and compute pay globally. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex analytics and event-driven data processing, leveraging high-availability authoritative services to support real-time and replayable data collection. Key Responsibilities

* Demonstrate proficiency in project delivery across the full software development life cycle
* Lead feature development, taking a customer-focused approach and working backwards from customer requirements
* Focus on delivering highly scalable, available, and resilient software components
* Champion minimizing code complexities and reducing technical debt through appropriate design patterns
* Mentor SDE I and Interns, providing meaningful feedback to peers

Requirements

* 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
* 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling
* Experience programming with at least one software programming language
