About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement test strategies and frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, and develop and execute test plans to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing tools and scripts to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work with software development teams to ensure that software products meet quality and reliability standards.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues and implement fixes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on testing and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, C++, or Java.
  • Experience with modern software development methodologies, such as pair programming and test-driven development.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, architecture, and testing.
