Critical Care Nurse Specialist

Atrium Health, a leading regional hospital in Concord, NC, seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join its team. As a RN Clinical Nurse I, you will provide high-quality patient care through expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment under the supervision of a nursing leader.
Key Responsibilities:- Collects relevant data about patients' health or situations.
- Analyzes collected data to identify potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
- Determines expected outcomes for personalized care plans.
- Implements identified plans, coordinates care delivery, and promotes a safe environment.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support certification per policy guidelines.
- Active RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where you work and reside.
- Must be able to lift and support up to 35 pounds for patient care and equipment handling.
- Must communicate effectively in English with patients and colleagues.
- Must respond promptly to changes in patient and unit conditions.
Estimated Annual Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
This position requires experience in Critical Care and Cardiac/Rhythm Reading.
