About the RoleFacilitate the development and rehabilitation of patients with mental, emotional, and physical disabilities by planning and administering skilled occupational therapy. This rewarding role requires a strong commitment to delivering compassionate care and support to those in need.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs and goals.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support services.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist, registered with the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
- Licensure in Vermont or eligibility for licensure.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in behavioral health or working with pediatric populations, or willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.
