Pathologist Position in Home Health Setting

Aequor Allied is currently seeking a highly skilled travel Speech Language Pathologist to fill an opening in Lacey, Washington.
OverviewThis position offers the opportunity to work with patients in a home health setting, providing expert care and rehabilitation services. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.
Compensation PackageThe compensation package for this position includes a salary of $120/hour * 40 hours/week = $4800/week, making it a very competitive offer in the industry. Additionally, you can expect a tax-free stipend amount to be determined upon confirmation of employment.
Job Responsibilities- Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a home health setting or similar environment.
- Excellent clinical skills, with the ability to assess and treat patients with a range of communication disorders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
