Employee Health Specialist

The ideal candidate will have excellent assessment and organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to engage with a diverse range of employees. Familiarity with NH Workers Compensation Law, OSHA regulations, and infection control is required.
Estimated salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct health screenings and coordinate physical exams for new hires
- Administer vaccinations and interpret test results
- Manage urine drug screening processes and ensure policy adherence
- Assess employees returning from medical leave and provide first aid when necessary
- Evaluate workplace injuries and document incidents
- Support the Temporary Alternative Duty program and counsel employees on exposure issues
