WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Welcome prospective residents in a professional manner, ensuring all qualifying criteria are addressed.
  • Manage the CRM system by diligently following up on inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Confirm move-in dates with future residents and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Guide potential residents through community amenities, apartment tours, and the application process.
  • Process applications efficiently, preparing leases for approval.
  • Maintain accurate resident files and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Understand and develop renewal offers based on market analysis within property management software.
  • Facilitate resident move-ins on scheduled dates, ensuring all efforts are communicated effectively.
  • Handle all inquiries from residents, addressing requests and concerns promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by managing community notices, service requests, and resident inquiries.
  • Support a successful renewal program through proactive follow-ups and resident engagement.
  • Assist in organizing resident events and actively participate as a host.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and conduct competitive market surveys.
  • Audit online community information for accuracy and functionality.
  • Ensure community aesthetics are maintained to high standards.
  • Adhere to reporting schedules as directed by management.
  • Communicate resident concerns to management, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist with rent collections in compliance with lease agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of commissions related to leases and renewals.
  • Document all interactions with residents and prospects, ensuring compliance with regulations.
REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent; advanced coursework is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service or property management, or 1 year with relevant coursework.
  • Active participation in local Apartment Associations is preferred.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • CALP designation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in generating and interpreting leasing reports.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with property management software, particularly YARDI, is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and deliver outstanding customer service.
