About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Christian Horizons. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our residential areas.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all rooms and areas are kept clean, odor-free, and presentable.
  • Perform cleaning procedures in accordance with community policies and procedures.
  • Use proper care and use of equipment and waste disposal procedures in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
  • Follow written and oral directions as given by supervisor.
  • Participate in in-services and activities as required.
  • Consistently work cooperatively with residents, staff, volunteers, and families to ensure residents are receiving the best quality care.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school graduate or GED required.
  • Able to follow written and oral directions.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, families, and visitors.
