Hotel Housekeeper Opportunity at Springfield Residence Inn

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Housekeeper to join our team at Springfield Residence Inn. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens and towels daily
  • Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
  • Develop your knowledge and skills in the most effective cleaning methods
  • Practice safety standards and be aware of safety hazards
  • Perform work on a deep cleaning and preventative maintenance scheduled programs for all areas of the hotel

Requirements:

  • Housekeeping experience desirable
  • Engaging and friendly personality
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to work on feet for an extended period
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to move, traverse, position self to reach corners on floors and high places
  • Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs
