Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Residence Inn Tallahassee Universities at the Capitol. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel rooms and public spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
- Clean and maintain public spaces, including the lobby, hallways, and common areas.
- Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of the hotel.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods of time.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
