About the Role

The Regional On Premise Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the charge in maximizing our cold drink market sales potential. This role requires a strategic mindset and exceptional leadership skills to drive the expansion of our accounts and instill a sense of territorial protection and growth within our team.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves actively seeking new accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing equipment placements. Collaborating with various team members, from Sales Managers to Merchandisers, you will create a high-performing environment focused on achieving maximum sales results. This position offers a perfect blend of challenge, excitement, and opportunity for growth.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess a diverse range of skills, including strong oral and written communication abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in trade math and basic computer skills. You should be adept at problem-solving and making sound business decisions, with previous experience in supervision and budgeting being advantageous. A valid class D driver's license and familiarity with the food and beverage industry are also beneficial for success in this dynamic role.
