Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Medical Assistant, your primary focus will be to ensure that we deliver attentive and empathetic patient care consistently. You will:
- Greet patients warmly and assist with their initial assessment upon arrival.
- Prepare patients for examinations by organizing examination and procedure rooms, and obtaining medical histories, vital signs, and physical measurements.
- Perform administrative duties, including scheduling appointments and managing essential documents such as medical records and test results.
- Support healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments while maintaining a calming presence for patients.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in computer systems, particularly EMR/EHR.
- Strong computer skills.
