Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a seasonal sales associate. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and assist with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area.
  • Assist with sales and inventory management, including processing transactions, restocking shelves, and counting inventory.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Retail experience preferred.
  • Pleasant service-oriented demeanor and strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain productive and motivated while working alone.
  • Flexible schedule - must have the availability to work 16-28 hours each week and ability to work nights & weekends.
  • Willing to walk/stand for long periods.
