We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sushi Prep to join our team. As a Sushi Prep, you will be responsible for preparing and providing fresh, tasty, and quality food to our guests. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook sushi and other Japanese dishes to a high standard
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest standard
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have an exceptional dining experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a Japanese restaurant
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
