Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing skilled, quality, effective interventions for a large variety of pediatric diagnoses. This will include daily treatment, evaluations, progress summaries, and discharge summaries documented in our Electronic Health Record.

Requirements

Candidates must be able to pass an advanced FBI background check through the State of North Dakota. You will also be required to complete state required licensure and continuing education annually, alongside understanding and adherence to state licensure regulations.

We offer a competitive pay range of $70,000 - $100,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including employer subsidized health insurance, access to Alfac and dental insurance, employer matched 401K, paid time off, 9 paid holidays, 20% childcare discount, annual continuing education stipend, paid CPR, AED and First Aid training, no nights or weekends, employee referral bonus, and lucrative efficiency bonuses.

Work Schedule

Patient care hours are 8:00-5:30 Monday through Thursday and 8:00-12:00 on Friday.
