Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team at Fraser's Autism Center of Excellence. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide therapeutic evaluations, treatment, and interventions to the pediatric population and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as necessary, establishing treatment goals and providing therapeutic treatment according to doctor's orders.
  • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitioners.
  • Maintain clean equipment and in good repair, and communicate with funding sources as directed by the clinical accounts receivable staff to ensure reimbursement of services.

Compensation
  • Annual pay for an SLP is $70,000-$81,000 per year, actual pay will depend on qualifications.
  • Annual pay for Clinical Fellow is $65,000 per year.
  • A $5,000 hiring bonus and up to $9,600 in clinical incentive bonuses.
