About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Cardiology Clinical Coordinator. This role will involve working closely with cardiovascular physicians, nurses, and other medical staff to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our cardiovascular program. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Triage patients and assess emergency cases, documenting medication lists, allergies, vital signs, patient complaints, and history & physical in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with physicians/providers to deliver seamless care coordination and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate and complete electronic documentation, including patient medication lists, allergies, chart notes, and detail documentation regarding phone calls into the EMR
- Assist with diagnostic procedures, explain treatments to patients, and provide education when necessary
- Work efficiently and manage time wisely, assisting other employees when all duties are complete

Standards of Performance:
- Deliver high-quality patient care and maintain accurate and complete documentation in patient medical records
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination
- Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Contribute to the success of the cardiovascular program and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families

Requirements:
- Current and unencumbered State licensure as a Registered Nurse
- One to Two Years Clinical experience in Cardiology preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Successful completion of EKG and general cardiology courses within 12 months of hire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
