Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Practitioner Trainee to join our team at Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center South. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and assist registered nurses in achieving quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patients under the direction of a registered nurse and contribute to the development of a plan of care.
- Implement the plan of care under the direction of a registered nurse and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Provide patient care and assistance to nursing staff as directed and participate in activities designed to improve healthcare delivery.
- Build knowledge base regarding clinical leadership and participate in ongoing educational activities.
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 90 days of experience as a graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure. BLS certification is also required within 14 days of hire date. Computer literacy is a must.
