We invite you to explore an exciting opportunity as a Procurement Coordinator within our Production Department.

This role is pivotal in assisting with the procurement of production supplies and collaborating closely with vendors to secure optimal booking options. You will work alongside the Purchasing team to communicate potential challenges effectively and manage various responsibilities that support the Home Office Production department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee inventory levels and procurement requirements.
  • Generate and manage Purchase Orders, monitor order status, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Engage with vendors as necessary to confirm or modify orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices and pricing structures.
  • Enhance purchasing and planning procedures to facilitate growth while boosting efficiency and precision.
  • Coordinate and monitor intercompany transfers of materials.
  • Collaborate with relevant site departments to oversee product shipping, quality assurance, and credit claims.
  • Update and maintain Supplier Items in our database.
  • Revise internal databases with vendor item details and specifications.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with customers, vendors, and all levels of staff.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
  • Self-driven and adaptable.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with databases and ERP systems is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing or a related office environment is desired.
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Hours may vary during peak seasons; occasional weekend work may be required.
  • Office-based role.
  • Some infrequent travel may be necessary.

SALARY RANGE: $21 - $24 per hour

Compensation is determined by various factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The salary is one aspect of the overall compensation package, with additional rewards varying by position and location.
