Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years' experience working in a similar volume-based business, with a strong background in menu development, food safety, and kitchen management.
  • Culinary Training: Culinary trained and professional with a passion for food and a desire to develop and grow as a chef.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, and a strong understanding of kitchen operations and management.
  • Food Safety Certification: Food Serve Safe certification and experience with local sanitation regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of staff and stakeholders.
