As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs. This includes confirming guest registration details, processing payments, issuing room keys, and guiding guests to their accommodations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accommodation reservations from guests.
  • Collect details from arriving guests, including payment information.
  • Assign rooms to guests as per their reservations.
  • Provide guests with information regarding hotel policies, procedures, and facilities.
  • Offer necessary tourism information to enhance guest experiences.
  • Issue receipts to guests upon check-out.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all guests during their stay.
  • Maintain guest reservations in compliance with credit card security standards.
  • Balance and accurately account for the cash drawer at the front desk for each shift.
  • Document any minor repairs or replacements needed for room furnishings and equipment, coordinating with the appropriate departments.
  • Greet and acknowledge guests warmly in all areas of the hotel.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for immediate repairs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with word processing, are necessary, along with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with diverse personalities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
  • Ability to frequently kneel, reach, crawl, and twist as needed to perform required tasks.
