  • Cleaning duties: Follow the daily maintenance and cleaning schedule to uphold a sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Health compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Waste management: Work towards minimizing food waste.

The Dishwasher role is crucial for maintaining cleanliness in our dining and cooking areas. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment using both machine and manual methods.

  • Dishwashing area management: Set up and break down the dishwashing area as required.
  • Sorting and stacking: Organize clean dishes and transport them to designated storage areas.
  • Rinsing duties: Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils before placing them in the dish machine.
  • Careful handling: Handle all china and glassware with care to prevent breakage.
  • Manual washing: Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand as necessary.
  • Machine maintenance: Keep the dish machine clean and report any issues immediately.
  • Temperature monitoring: Ensure the dish machine operates at the correct temperature for effective cleaning and sanitization.

Bi-Lingual candidates are preferred.
