The estimated salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $140,000. Final compensation will be influenced by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

This position seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our global Research & Development team. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating closely within a cross-functional R&D team to design, implement, and execute both exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality standards are met.
  • Conducting thorough testing of products prior to launches/releases to confirm that they meet system requirements and are robust for operational use.
  • Reviewing system requirements and monitoring quality assurance metrics.
  • Participating in the complete software life cycle, including Analysis, Build, Testing, Integration, Release, and Support activities.
  • Engaging in an international environment, collaborating with global agile development teams.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a quality assurance role.
  • Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, test types, and processes.
  • Experience with scripting and one or more automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Jasmine.
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing methodologies.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and delivering QA activities for complex, interconnected solutions with multiple subsystems.
  • Familiarity with performance and/or security testing is advantageous.
  • Experience in the logistics sector, warehouse automation, or material handling is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • A solid understanding of Agile software development and testing principles.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Open to continuous learning and innovation.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 25%, including international travel.
