Position Overview:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in pediatrics, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care to children in their homes. Your dedication will ensure that our young patients receive the highest quality of medical attention in a comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver in-home nursing care in accordance with the prescribed care plan while closely monitoring patient progress.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and document patient conditions, reporting any changes as necessary.
  • Administer medications, including insulin and IV fluids, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage wound care, including dressing changes and assisting with personal hygiene needs.
  • Evaluate patients for potential complications, providing appropriate interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and support staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the relevant state.
  • Valid CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
  • Access to reliable transportation for travel to patient care locations.
  • Experience with tracheostomy and/or ventilator care is preferred but not mandatory.
