The Role

Overview: The Esthetician will perform professional facials, non-invasive chemical peels, HydraFacials, OxyGeneo treatments, exfoliation treatments, laser therapies, microneedling, RF microneedling, and microdermabrasion. Additionally, the Esthetician will recommend other spa services, such as body contouring and Visia skin analysis. Alongside service responsibilities, the Esthetician will contribute to the growth of spa sales by ensuring their schedule meets utilization targets, achieving membership sales goals, and maximizing individual ticket and retail sales. To meet these objectives, the Esthetician will engage in outreach activities as directed by the Spa Manager.
