Nail Technician

St Julien Hotel & Spa is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nail Technician to provide exceptional manicure and pedicure services to our discerning guests.

We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has a keen eye for detail. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in our Spa.

• Provide high-quality manicures and pedicures to guests, ensuring a personalized and relaxing experience.
• Review and complete all opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and preparing treatment areas.
• Check the daily schedule of appointments and ensure that all guests are greeted and prepared for their treatments.
• Perform treatments according to current protocol, ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service.
• Take responsibility for the care and satisfaction of each guest during their treatment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests feel valued and appreciated.
• Provide client follow-up and explain products used and application of home care, ensuring that all guests are educated and empowered to maintain their beauty and wellness.
• Clean area after each appointment and prepare area for next Nail Technician, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform according to company objectives regarding sales, and work to build customer retention and repeat client requests.
• Possess excellent knowledge of St Julien Hotel & Spa to be able to answer guest inquiries and provide exceptional service.

• Must be licensed in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum 2 years' experience required, with previous experience working in a luxury spa highly preferred.
• Must have flexible availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.
