**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Durango. As a RN in our Float Pool, you will have the opportunity to work in various units within our hospital, including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Medical Surgical, Procedural, Women's Services, ED, and Behavioral Health.

**Responsibilities**

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and advocating for the needs of our patients and their families
  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Utilizing your critical thinking skills to make sound clinical decisions and respond to emergencies
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current state nursing license or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
  • Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
  • BLS from the American Heart Association required

**Salary Range**

The estimated salary range for this position is $32.01 - $52.33 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
