Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide empathetic and personalized care to patients in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients. You will be responsible for overseeing treatment plans, conducting patient observations, measuring vital signs, and setting up dialysis machines. You will also work closely with our Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless delivery of care. Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Nursing (A.D.N, B.S.N, or equivalent)
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg)
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus
