Surgical Charge Nurse

About the Role
As a Charge Registered Nurse in our Surgery Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our unit. With multiple FTE and shifts available, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the unit, including staffing and resource allocation
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire
- 1 year nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
