As a seasoned Application Developer, you will partner with assigned business areas to gain a deep understanding of their processes, plans, and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop comprehensive solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Solution Requirements Packages, including Use Cases, User Stories, Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, Interface Mock-ups, Process Models, and Workflow Storyboards.
Collaborate with project staff and technical stakeholders to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
Evaluate solution proposals for technical merit and feasibility, ensuring they meet business needs within tolerable cost and risk parameters.
Assist in preparing testing strategies and test plans, driving SIT and UAT.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience working with Firco Compliance Link.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Strong understanding of business analysis activities, tasks, tools, and deliverables.
Experience operating in a quality control capacity and working in a project-focused organization with Agile methodology.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
