Salary RangeThe estimated salary for this role ranges from $79,997 to $109,996 per year, assuming full-time status. Starting pay will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, training, and education.
Job DescriptionThis position focuses on ensuring the quality of ribbon cable products by proactively addressing customer needs and developing quality architecture systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with various functional groups to ensure quality standards are in place.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate the impact of product, process, and equipment changes on product attributes and quality architectures.
- Support the development of new ribbon cable technologies by designing quality architecture systems and identifying and solving critical quality problems.
- Drive early identification of vulnerabilities or quality issues and assign ownership to ensure implementation of actions to improve quality.
- Collaborate with development, engineering, and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Ceramic Engineering.
- At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good data collection and analysis skills, as well as basic understanding of statistics and control charts.
- Sound decision-making skills, making decisions based on data.
