Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction: Instruct students in the classroom, lab, and/or clinical setting, promoting a positive learning environment and fostering a culture of academic excellence.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of our students and the healthcare industry.
  • Student Support: Provide individualized support to students, including tutoring and mentoring, to ensure their success in the program.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance teaching and learning.
Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
  • At least three years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse or part-time equivalent.
  • Active, unencumbered licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current American Heart Association compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
