About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Care Facility Cleaner to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing trash and recyclables.
  • Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Respond to the paging system in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies.
