We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack to join our team of innovators at Capital One. As a key member of our software engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop full-stack software solutions using emerging technologies
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our software solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in full-stack development
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and practices
