Project Manager - Civil Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Civil Engineering to oversee and manage various infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget, while ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Schedule and Work Plan Development: Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
  • Project Status Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project status, challenges, and successes.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering projects.
  • Civil Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software (preferred).
  • Land Development Knowledge: Knowledge of land development processes and regulations.
  • Certification: EIT certification is a plus.
