Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert massage therapy services to clients, tailoring sessions to meet individual needs and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and preferences, and design customized treatment plans accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in massage therapy techniques, and incorporate new knowledge into practice.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to spa standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless client experiences and efficient spa operations.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A base service rate ranging from $19.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
  • A commission structure that rewards sales performance, with potential earnings ranging from $6-$9 per hour from upgrades.
  • Tips averaging 18% to 25% of the non-member price, with credit card tips paid directly to the therapist via our partner, Tippy.
Requirements
  • Active Massage Therapy license, with adherence to state/county licensing laws and regulations.
  • Liability insurance, either carried by the therapist or obtained prior to the first day of training.
  • A friendly and helpful attitude, with a core understanding and belief in the healing benefits of anatomy, massage therapy, and bodywork.
