As a Physical Therapist on our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you'll be responsible for examining and treating patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. You'll work to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, and other skills necessary for daily living. You'll also administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach the family and other members of the healthcare team.

Our Specialty Programs include Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and our Total Shoulder Replacement Program. You'll work under the direction and supervision of our Branch Director to ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care.

Qualifications
  1. Must possess a valid state driver's license.
  2. Must possess automobile liability insurance.
  3. Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
  4. Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
  5. Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
  6. Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.
