As a Registered Nurse (RN) within our esteemed clinical team, you will be instrumental in improving the well-being of our patients and their families. This role allows you to forge significant relationships while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, social workers, dieticians, and various therapists. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee patient care through thorough nursing assessments and collaboration with the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop effective care strategies.
  • Set achievable, measurable goals for patients, implementing necessary interventions to reduce the likelihood of rehospitalizations and continuously assess progress.
  • Administer medications and execute treatments in accordance with physician directives.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to nursing staff, ensuring effective execution of their duties.
  • Facilitate communication of patient information within the assigned team and across different shifts.

Qualifications:

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid State Board of Nursing license
- CPR Certification
- Preferred experience of one to three years as an RN in a relevant healthcare setting
