Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Nursing Manager to join our team at Surgery Partners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to provide exceptional patient care and achieve excellent patient satisfaction ratings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Monitor and analyze patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the nursing department remains current and competitive.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
